ISSB 5 Days Complete Schedule

The Candidates are called through “Call Letters” to appear in 5 days Tests at ISSB centre. You should know about ISSB 5 Days Complete Schedule to avoid confusion.

ISSB DAY 1 (Arrival Day)

After your arrival at one of the four ISSB Center, your first day is started and it is called the Day of Arrival. The confused candidates have to go through the following steps once entered through the gates of the centre. These are:

  • Reception
  • Checking of documents
  • Allocation of chest numbers
  • Allocation of rooms
  • Photographs of candidates
  • Administration staff address
  • Filling bio-data forms

ISSB Day 2 Psychological Tests

Here are the tests which are conducted on ISSB day 2 :

  1. Opening address by Deputy President
  2. Intelligence Test
  3. Psychological Test (There are five types of tests under this category).
    (Word Association Test)
    (Sentence Completion)

(Picture Story Writing)
(Pointer Story Writing)
(Merits/Demerits Writing)

4. The announcement of screening out the result.
5. Remaining Psychological Tests (Screened out Candidates will not attend the subsequent tests).

ISSB Day 3 (GTO Day)

Your 3rd day at ISSB Center will base on GTO tasks. An officer will guide you to perform different tasks and analyze you on your performance basis. These GTO tasks will be:

  1. Briefing
  2. Indoor Tasks
  3. Group Discussion
  4. Group Planning
  5. Outdoor Tasks
  6. Progressive Group Task (PGT)
  7. Half Group Task (HGT)
  8. Interviews

ISSB Day 4 (GTO Day)

The fourth day also includes the GTO tasks. These will be as follows:

  1. Individual Obstacles
  2. Command Task
  3. Final Group Task (FGT)
  4. Interviews (leftovers)

ISSB Day 5 (Conference Day)

Your last day at ISSB is comprised of a conference, ending notes and final processing. This will include:

  1. Conferences
  2. Preparation of all the results
  3. Payment of TA/DA
  4. Departure

NOTE:

RECOMMENDED & NOT RECOMMENDED CANDIDATES ARE NOT PROVIDED with THEIR LETTERS AT ISSB. LETTERS ARE SENT TO THE ADDRESSES OF THE CANDIDATES.
